Conversational Interruption

Interrupting someone’s conversation should be of the same ethical evaluation as honking one’s car horn: it should understood as inherently offensive no matter the circumstances, should be used vanishingly sparingly, and only should be used for grave reasons. Liberal interruption, like incessant honking, is evidence of vulgarity and/or momma didn’t raise you right.
