Slave Morality

It seems not possible to voluntarily be a slave. Or said differently, the extent to which one can voluntarily enslave himself is to that same extent a vastation of one’s chattel slavery. A moral code by which one lives is essentially voluntary. Thus, Nietzsche’s derision of Christianity as a slave morality fails as it entails either a contradiction of terms or a begging of the question for Nietzscheanism.
