Equality was the idea that propositions and positive law could erase human nature by erasing natures of humans. Equity is the more mature understanding that to erase human nature we need to start erasing some humans.

My company introduced DIE groups under some clever branding—bs clubs but cynically it passes the buck for making DIE decisions to the people who care about it.
